We have lengthy conversations which include verbal description of the piece, pictures, what are the customer's expectations, do you like reds or browns, shiny or dull finish, etc., so that I have in my head an accurate image of the end result desired by the client. I like to keep the customer involved throughout the process. Pickup and Delivery of the furniture: We use a standard business contract to explain the work process and payment terms. My payment terms are 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% to be paid on completion of the work.
